Depends what you MOD. Since you can pertty much MOD any type of attribute to your client, there are a number of ways to make it both fair and unfair.

All you can mod that is completely client side are the skins and models. Of course client side models are purely for looks, and have no effect on the gameplay.

Actually... I was the one that locked the thread.

We (HaloMods) think cheating in a multiplayer game is bad. We've rejected several video's and mods that would allow people to cheat, simply because we think it shouldn't be done.
When I saw a thread explaining exactly how somebody could gain unfair advantadges by cheating, I censored and locked it, maybe I should delete it next time.
As for the moderators, they are doing a fine job. Don't make a thread to complain about them everytime you see a locked thread. Threads like these are considered spam to me.

PS: The next time you repost a locked topic, or make a topic to complain about moderators, you'll get banned. Complaining can be done by sending me PM's, not by spamming the forums.
