I keep getting an exception also. Are there any limitations on what you can change? (I remember just simple swapping before had to have less indices, vertices, etc.)

Try Warthog With Cyborg. I've Done This And Know It Works. If It Doesn't Then You Are Obviously Doing It Work.

this plugin is great and saved alot of time before when i was just switch models and around and having hex workshop open, and punching numbers into the calculator :D 8)

PS: i tried swapping the ghost with a log, and it didn't work, im pretty sure that the ghost has more vertices than a log.

It might have something to do with the parts, the models are broken into parts, the log and scenery usually have 1 part, vehicles with have many such as wheels, turret, etc.

Maybe, It Could Be More Than Indicies. Maybe Sub - Objects? Well, Until Someone Knows It Is Just Guess And Check.

WTF dude seriously, all I do is go to cyborg mp, copy model, then go to warthog, then paste model, right? Because this is what I have been doing. (Oh by the way it works in both SP and MP right?)

Hmmm....well it's not working, but oh well. I can still do it the old fashioned way.
