Actually it wasn't your fault.
I just renamed the file to the correct name like a minute ago when I figured out that was the problem and not that it didn't upload right.

I know the bullets are fast, but they are still much slower than before. I will work on this and more visible bullets in the next update (I actually started work on it yesterday before I saw the posts).
Also I originally did this for bloodgulch first, but decided to do prisoner first because:
1. The wall-running was really cheap because you could snipe from outside of level
2. It is a lot more work to edit the vehicles physics and what not than change the projectiles
3. It is hard to get the desired slow-mo effect with vehicles while still haveing the game balanced
I have a bloodgulch version in the works so expect to see it sometime in the near future
