Don't get me wrong, but that is more less of an idea for a program. I am wondering how, even as complicated as it may be, which file(s) contain the mesh points for the BSP. Is this the file? bloodgulch.sbsp.meta that contains the BSP mesh?ive covered this in a topic: http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7548

no, that's only the pointer file (wonder why it's gonna be like 12 bytes? ). to get the actual bsp, do this: open the map in SE, and save the offset list. look at it. it should have some info about the various sections of the bsp. write down the offset and size of the bsp you want to obtain. open the map in a hex editor, go to the offset, and select the amount of bytes the bsp size was. then copy that, and paste it into a new document. gratz. as far as I can tell, you cant do anything with it. good luck trying to edit it...__Blaz0__ wrote:Don't get me wrong, but that is more less of an idea for a program. There is a destroyed Pelican explosion!
And I saw it in a movie in the downloads section(which isn't here anymore...)
The Pelican has a special explosion all for itself, go search in HHT.
Also, I say he shot a couple of times on it with a Assault RIfle, and it fell, and exploded.

A: files.halomods.com , that has all of the proggies. but are you new to this scene? have you done basic offset swapping? if not, go here, and do that first. after you have, move on to the proggies, which can be found on the utilities section. you'll want HMT 3.5 to start, and sparkedit for placement and duplication of objects.SniperX2005 wrote:Q:can you put the programs or the web site so i can change maps and weponds

A: grrr. if you recieved the mod in .ppf files, you have to apply them with ppf o matic 3.0, look on files.halomods.com in the utilities section. if you recieved the mod in a .rar file, you need to unrar it (see rar files are like zip files except better), rarlabs.com. if you got the modd in a plain .map file, you're in luck! you just need to place it in your \MAPS folder, overwriting the appropriate map.
