Request: Library UI for PC?

I saw this http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=76227 and I was wondering if a Library UI existed. I know there's one for CE, but not for PC. Is it possible, or does it exist already?

Convert the ce one with harbinger.

The textures are all messed up after testing it.

IN the drop down click Use All.

I see thanks, but now theres no music and the menus are gone.
EDIT: nvm i fixed it, but now it has an extra campain button on the top left of the screen
