We all know how to change the starting weapon a player has, but can you change the starting weapon per team? Say there's two types of plasma rifles, one red, one blue, with corresponding plasma, is it possible to make it so blue team gets the blue rifles, and red gets the red ones? You can duplicate the bipeds and give them different spawning weapons, but, how to make two types of spawn points, one for each?
I think the same principle has been pulled off in CE, with Coldsnap, red team had red shield flares, blue had blue ones, its the same principle is it not?
If so, is it possible to do this on PC?

I never noticed that feature in coldsnap. I would guess coldsnap was able to pull the by creating "one-way" spawn points, i.e. spawn points you cannot return to after you leave, with a detecting script providing the weapon(s).
For a halopc map is it possible? Yes, anything CE can do PC can.
Is it feasible, by scripting or other means, on maps PC default maps? Scripting is not realistic on the default maps due to the "open" spawn points. It *might* be feasible with a outside memory editor that works off the player data allocated in the memory.
