Is gephyrophobia untouchable?

When I don't even edit the tags but simply move an object with Spark Edit it gives me Gathering exception data. I can tell you that as soon as I received that message I opened up spark edit and Player Spawns, Ai Spawns, Mp Flags are missing. GONE!! I was furious ARG!! How come blood gulch works but gephyrophobia doesn't? The AI SPAWNS etc just disappear.
