meh, i only mention halo ce in this part because i used part of the ce and experimented on halo pc ver. since i assumed that the majority of the problem was halo pc, i never mention the result actually has anything to do with halo ce being the problem. the primary result was that i used a program from halo ce to play halo pc in windowed mode. but i guess i cant mention a thing about halo ce or even experimenting halo ce with halo pc without having to be put down.... T_T
regardless, my plan still works. so now i can enjoy playing halo pc in windowed mode. but im sure there is lots of solution to this problem. this just my way, so dont hate, appreciate that this is also a solution.

i can make a sentinel beams ricochet off walls! yay~!

and yes i am aware that there was a halo ce section. i thought it was nessesary to include the halo ce as a solution to the halo pc problem.

Guys, guys! Calm down! I've been using Halo in windowed mode for almost a year, since I got my widescreen.

Right click your Halo shortcut, and paste this into the "Target" box:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -window

yea, well i got my answer, so no need for any commotion, and i dotn go on microsoft's website much anyways and i didn't even think about that, so thanks to whoever helped, but you can stop spazzing now

you know, if you hold down option when Halo launches a window pops up and you can check off a box that says "Play in Window"... oh wait, oops XD

yeah anyway, like Andrew said, Microsoft explains this and it would be -window as a launch property.
