Halo Sniper to Sporting Rifle!

Im just starting a Sniper Rifle re-model. I am going to turn the Halo sniper into this:

It is a Sporting Rifle.

The mods will include : new model (duh!) new skin, new clip size, new damage, and a new contrail. I may play around with the sounds a bit, If I can.

This is what I have done so far. The only changes I will be adding from the picture is a scope.

I love this scope.

Anyone know how to edit the picture when you are zoomed in?[/url]

This model will look crap in first person. Are you going to make a third person model? The 'zoomed in' bitmaps are under:

[bitm] ui\hud\sniper

or something. Good idea on all the other changes and good luck with the sounds.

This is a fair start, but there is still a LOT you can change to the model to make it more accurate. I'm assuming that the model isn't done yet correct?

Try not to stretch the model around, it makes skinning it a b****

Alright. Its not even close to being done.

I got frustrated with this project, so I decided for finish my Desert Eagle.

Please note, The sporting rifle is still being made.
