Is there any possible way to edit halopc with the HEK?

Is there a way to mod halo: combat evolved with the halo editing kit? I'm very tired of trying to use the halo pc modding tools, because I can hardly do anything with them.

Yes, it is being programmed as we speak, and the first release is already out. Unfortunately, the thread has gone. I'm sure conure will make a new one when he has an update.
