Hey professional first person animation modders, i have a question, are there any ways to prevent no sound bug when applying a new fp antr meta file? I downloaded a h3 assault rifle fp and a h3 pistol one, but how come only shooting sound came up and no weapon ready, flashlight, and reload sound etc? or are there any fixes that anyone would like to share, i just want a h3 ar and a h3 pistol one, thanks for helping !!! and its urgent for my own non-public 30-seconds of halo-trial-fun mod
thank you very much halomods
FP animation Sound Bug
Simple answer: Blame the creators.
Long answer: Sounds are controlled by the fp [antr], as you correctly noted. Either they weren't put in by accident or the creators were too lazy. I don't know (I have no experience in this field, CE). I would say to contact the animators and get them to release an update or samting along those lines.

You can use hht to dependancy swap the sounds back in.
Go to the [antr] tag
you will see that all the ar fp. pistol fp sounds are nulled out, changed them to:
ar reload
ar melee
weapons/assault rifle/weapon ready
In other words, open up and original map, and your one with new antr, and use the original as a reference for the dependancy swapping.
I just figured this out now >_>
Note: It only restores a few sounds. The pistol will have all the sounds, but the assault rifle only gets its ready sound.
