Lately I've been trying to convert some CE maps to mac. There is one problem in the process I am using, C#MT will not open. I click on it, it starts too open, then stops. Possible solutions?
I would venture to say the leading expert I know with alot of hands on use with this program is a user named "Tyler777". I would send him a PM also with this question in case he misses this thread. I myself am on a PC and can only point you in the directions you'll find the most help.

You have to install the mono frameworks (an outdated one at that) into your frameworks folder in the library folder. Also, you have to be running a PPC based computer.
Which map? It might be protected or if you're on PPC an intel only map. And yeah there are tutorials for conversion using C#MT because you don't really need one for harbinger. Do you have a PPC or intel based computer?
Well, if it's intel based (you can check with about this mac and see where it says processor) then you can't even use C#MT. It just doesn't work for intel because it relies on an old framework (mono) which predates intel macs and that framework only works on PowerPC architecture. So which map? Sometimes that can be the issue (like it being protected).
Well that's odd. So no conversions are playable now? That might have something to do with it not playing that one. I tested it and it works for my intel based computer running halo universal binary. But yeah, on an intel computer you can't use C#MT. Bad luck
I'm not sure if it works with UB, I believe my friend was using it and Harbinger which did not work. Also make sure the maps are all clean and mod free.
