Overload plasma weapons

Post by TommGun »

Using HMT how do I make it so plasma weapons don't overload? And also how do I make it so that I don't have to wait 4 seconds after I shoot a scorpian shot?

Ok,

Open HMT with the map of your choice
Go to the weapons section
expand it
select weapons\plasma rifle\plasma rifle

And edit the following:
Go into "triggers" and select "0"
under "firing", change Heat Generated per Round from 0.08, to 0

He linked you to the search page, where you can search for "Plugins HMT v3.5" or something along them lines. I'm not gonna go search for you, but once you find it then save it and extract the files into the plugins folder located in the HMT folder.

Well I found the plugin folder in my HMT folder, and I have bipd.xml jpt!.xml matg.xml phys.xml proj.xml trak.xml vehi.xml weapo.xml So now how can I make it so plasma weapons don't have overload?

I've already said, I don't have that option, unless I just can't find it. So either state exactly where it is, take a screenshot and edit it so that the "triggers" is circled, or tell me how to get that on my HMT
