Spark Edit Help

I have The Halo Trial and I want to use Spark Edit. However, whenever I try to open the bloodgulch map, it says 'unnamed file not found'. Can anyone help?

Well, this could be mainly due to the fact you have halo trial and its in a different folder.

Ok, 3 things:

1> Don't DoublePost, nobody likes it....

2> Different Folder, as in, halo trial is installed to C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Trial whereas normal halo is in C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo

3>Sparkifiy is a patch. You must patch a map with sparkify in order for it to work in sparkedit. After you are done you must Undo sparkify with another patch. To do this, get the following
PPF o Matic
Sparkify.ppf
UndoSparkify.ppf

Well I downloaded sparkify, now what do I do?

you apply the sparify patsch using PPFoMatic. set the map as the target and the .ppf as the patch.

Ok well I downloaded PPFomatic but when i try to open Sparkify or PPFomatic, it can't open it, what do I do?

Download Demo Hack 3.0.

Load the map you want to open in sparkedit in demo hack. Click the "to full" button. Open sparkedit and go to "tolls>options" and in bitmaps.map path add trial after halo.
Most of the time it will be this.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\maps\bitmaps.map
Becomes
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo trial\maps\bitmaps.map

Now open the map the you converted. When you are done editing, save and then hit the "to demo" button on Demo hack.

Well I downloaded it, but when I Load map, I select my map and then it doesn't do anything. What do I do?

Important Note: You also need to get a file, "Undo_Sparkify.ppf" to play your map in halo.

Ok, how to use Sparkedit on a MultiPlayer Map.

1>Browse for an ISO file.
2>On the bottom where ity says "CD Images", click the arrow and select "All Files"
3>Find "bloodgulch.map" and select it.
4>Now browse for the patch file. Finw where your "Sparkify.ppf" and select it
5>Click the "Apply Button" and wait for a message box saying "Patch Applied Successfully"
6>Click OK and Exit out of PPF o Matic
7>Edit your map using Sparkedit
8>save it
9> go back to the PPF o matic.
10> repeat steps 1-4, However, instead of slecting "sparkify.ppf", select "Undo_sparkify.ppf"
11>Enjoy your modded map.
