Does this cover every thing?

Hey I have a Modding site going up, and I was wondering if you think that this page has all the major FREE modding tools?
The page is here,
what do you think, does it have everything?
Or are there more tools I just don't know about?
Please tell me!
Is there places were some stuff needs to be changed?
Legal stuff? Like distributing?
Anything against the law?

U might want to just tell people to download WinRAR when extracting files, because when i first started modding i had no clue what it was, and other extracting programs cant even recognize .map files. WinRAR can recognize almost all files i believe.

erm, what are you on? lol, winrar extracts RAR and ZIP files....WinRAR doesn't need to recognise the .map format because it aint a WinRAR archive!
