Adding vehicles and maps

Can you add a vehicle for Halo trial using Halo Mao Tools? Not changing a vehicle but adding a new one. Also same with Maps because I don't want to change bloodgulch but i want to add a new map so i can choos which one i want to use. Or is there another modding program i would have to use
