I have photoshop 7.0 but I dont know how to skin anything

do you have the .dds plugin?you need it to be able to skin anything.you can use google to get it.then put it in your photoshop plugins folder and viola!you can skin things!

i know but i mean the next step after that. i dont know what im supposed to open.

do you have halo Map Tools?if you don't get it off google too. then open a map,then the category bitmaps then find the bitmap you wanna extract,then you just click save texture,save it somehere,open photoshop,edit it,go back to hmt,click inject texture,then it should work.if you need more help,PM me and i will help you.
