All out War Creek Update

Due to the tremendous amount of ideas my buddy gave me(Must have had 3 times the amount of ideas I had) this project probably won't be done for a long long long time. Some of the ideas are possible without HEK some of them won't be possible without it. I will try to put up a beta version of it as soon as I can, or at least pics. Give me a few weeks or so, becuase i'm really busy.

P.S. Anyone that wants to know more about the mod just PM me, I won't splat everything, but i'll tell u about some of the stuff.
