I need help on how to mod IM TOTALLY NEW TO THIS :)

Okay I have no idea to mod yet lol

But I have used mods before. But never made one. So I thought: wouldnt it be fun to MAKE your own mods ,so I went here a now here I am so anyone have any info on what iI need to download or do to make mods? Heres what I would like:

-shooting rockets from turrets and machine guns
-tanks shoot snipers too
-tanks and all vehicles jump up a few feet high and dont fall down by pressing 8.

-teleporters wherever I want
-place boulders anywere i want

And thats it everything would be hecka fun to make

Please help me if you can im totally new to all of this

That can be done using Halo Map Tools or Halo Hack Tools (HHT & HMT) You can find both in the files.halomods.com forum.

I don't quite get what you mean with this.

-teleporters wherever I want
-place boulders anywere i want

The first is a bit of not possible as far as I know.

The second however, can be done with Spark Edit. Also files forum.

This Is Really Easy
All U Do Is Go Into HHT (Halo Hack Tools) And Go To weapon>vehicles> then what ever u want to change

then under the dependencies tab go down to "proj" (Projectile)

Then Clip The Drop Down Bar Nexto Swap And Choose Wot Ever You Want It To Shoot Then Clip Swap

Example

Tank Shoots Sniper Bullets

weapon>vehicle>scorpian cannon> tank shell projectile

Swap for....

weapon>sniper rifle

And Thats Basically It

I dont think it's possible in halo 1. maybe in halo 2 you could set the boost so it just makes you go up but i dont think you could chage the key you press maybe with a hex editior but there might be an error if you try it.

I suggest you read some of the tutorials, they were quite helpful to me. However I still cant edit cyborg_mp it just doesnt save.
