Game keeps on crashing when...

I started a new mod today for heh. I changed the falg base scenery object to a bashee. It works for about 2 minutes and then i get the infamous exception error. Any ideas on how i could go about fixing this?

I have no idea. Try restarting the whole map file. It may work then.

shadow, thats one way of making it work. or, conner u could change the flag base back to its original value (u are hex editing right?) and choose something like another vehicle to make into a banshee. thats my advise.

But maybe it's not the flag base! It's always a good idea to start over when ur just starting!

This happened to me with the warthog. It crashed when I tried to interact with it at all, getting in or flipping over. I'm guessing it just wasn't meant to work.

u may never know.. sounds like a virus, that is forking your system after a certain amount of time

I don't think so. Halo has never crashed unless I've modded something (the wrong way).

rite, but its after 2 min.. so either wrong mod or virus... try without mod to see if it happens in bloodgulch, and try replacing it in a diff map... u never kno

That's where mine's different, mine only freezes when I try to flip it or get in. Works fine without mod. Works fine in bloodgulch. Just try it yourself, you'll see.
