help moving objects with sparkedit

i understand how to move things forward backwards and side to side but is it possible to move things up and down
i only drink the blood of my enemies

there is a controls thing if u click the help rollout in sparkedit............

thanks for answering my dumbass question i looked in the controls section befor but not thuroughly i guess
