What exactly can be done with it?

well duplicate weapons scenery etc
import vehicle and scenery tags and move stuff thats about it

Its also used to move objects around and add teleporters so you can make people teleport onto canyons or skybases you made with placed trees, logs, etc.
Its a great tool for beginners.
