how do i import sounds into halo?

whenever i try, it says i must select an ADPCM encoded wav format. is there a client out there somewhere that i can use to do this myself?

Open the extracted sound with Goldwave, delete everything in the file and paste in your new sound. Hit save and re-inject, it shouldn't give you that error.
