Blood shooter

i wanted to make a gun since i started that when u shot the bunker at blood gulch or the cave that blood would splat on the wall how can i do this>

swap the bullet holes with blood splats in the decal part of hmt

Oddly enough, if you shoot a metal surface like the ground or a building at the right angle with a human weapon, it creates a bullet hole and a human bloodsplat... weird glitch eh...

yea my gfx card sux that there is 3 options in the video something, something, then Decal and i cant change if its off or on
