Can you open halo sound files

I am making a 2d halo game and i need sounds for it is there a way i could use modding to do it.

Extract the sounds with HMT. But I think you need some crazy codec to play them.

there .ogg so you need to convert them i have seen some converters i believe you can even change sounds
