well, monoxide is the king, and id probably rather him work on another sp map, but in his alternet spare time, it would be cool for him to make a tut so other people could work on the same stuff. that way wed have faster advancements.
I dont think monos gonna realese a tut very soon but I could be wrong.
please dont flame me for saying this but are you a n00b? because it is EXTREMELY hard to do what mono did, and there isnt a good enough tut in the world that could get me to do that.

Yeah, I would like nothing more than to see everything that can be done in the HEK accomplished by modders before the frickin thing even comes out. That would be such a sweet slap in the face to GB, hehe.
I, as well, wish mono would release a tut, but I imagine it might be too complicated for us to do ourselves regardless. And I have a feeling he might be using the SPK3 beta too, which means there'd be no way for us to do it until SPK3 comes out.
No offence everyone but the Map Conversion is very difficult to do and I doubt any of u could do it even with a tutorial. Say. IronForges Vehi duplication tut. Same people can't get past page one. Monoxides project tut would be like 125 pages long. Plus u need his custom programs he made. Then u have to rewrite tags. Import textures. Make your own sounds. etc. It would still be good to see the main idea how to do it though. If you ask me I don't want a conversion tutorial. All maps converted and ur done... Over with. All work for nuthin. If possible I'd want a make your own level/campaign level intead.
hey deadly, i totally agree, seriously, id love to see the campaign thing, thats what this is all about, if he releases a tut, and acouple people could do it, wed advance to campaign, co op, etc. a shitload faster than if its just mono.
Well. I highly doubt that MonoxideC is going to tell us any of his secrets or even make a tutorial. I wonder which part of Blood Gulch controls the map model. Just think. If we found those many bytes that aren't what's in the level but is the level we could maybe switch them or even make our own. It would be great if every map had a model under PC Model. Then we could easily edit them. But until then I guess we just keep modding and hope that someone fiqures it out or Mono tells us. I'll try to fiqure it out tommorow but I dount I will. Let's make a graph
