hey i see that actual cool mods are commin to halo but will it be possible to have installers for the people that are just to lazy to be doin all this installation of pff files and stuff and a way for it not to have to overwrite another map but just add 1 to the list.that way more people would be using mods.
even myself doesnst liek the idea of this.i dont care about haveing to manually install everything but the idea of having to overwrite the map files.and another thing when im putting in this pff file for this map does it overwrite any other pff files in the bit maps and the sounds or names?
i already backed everything up but this is kind of inconvenient at the moment.it would be nice to see that u dont have to replace stuff

ok i have no problem installing it like this but if u want to attract lots of gamers then u have to make it easy and u have to make it so u still keep all ur origonal maps because if say u want to enter a room that ur friend is in. with having to set ur files to defult.then when u wanna play a modded map u have to install all the pff files and the map file again it just becomes a pain in the ass it would be nice to just enter the room with having ur mods still.

im not talkin about myself im talkin about people in general.
now i guess ur not listening cause if u were u wouldnt be talkin about me.
i dont care but in order to get lots of people to play this u cant be takin away. For now it is ok because this is just getting started but when there are tons of mods it will take more than 5 seconds to replace everything.so what i am saying is that u should not have to overwrite stuff. because that just means u have to but it back in if u wanna play the original maps wich most people will always play .most people dont want to delete and have to use programs to get mods working they just want to install and thats it they can play anything they want.like any other modded game.this is the first game i have ever played were u have to overwrite maps to get the modded 1s to work.and there must be a way to avoid thie in the FUTURE.not right now cause there just playing around and testing it.when theres like 200 dif maps out its gonna be hard to keep track of wich is for wich now isnt it.
