HHT, HMT, Dot Halo Errors?

Ok i have a problem. I re-downloaded HHT and HMT and Dot Halo and when i try to execute them i get an error saying. "this program failed to initialize properly" Can someone help me?

Do you have the .net Frameworks?

Yeah, you need the Microsoft .NET framework for HMT v3.5 but I dunno about HHT or dot halo....

Thats wierd because i was able to use it before. without it. but i dont wanna download it again.(.net framew.) and my vid card is fucking up.i can see 3D trees and and scenery but not like the biped or the vehicles or guns or projectiles(grenades) whats up with that?
