I've got some Ideas, but I need some available help.

Hey guys, I made a mod map a while back but wasnt too good on making it .MAP... anyway thats not why I'm here. I have some very well planned ideas that I need help developing and I need a team to help me do that.
I will be honest with you, I'm not real good on, well, anything but moving polygons, but I am more than willing to learn any aspect to modding.

But for this project, I will need some friends that are good at networking, mapping, skinning, importing vehicles and objects (pelican etc) bump mapping and so on, just someone that isnt particularly extrememly busy at the moment and would like something fun to do. I am not trying to be like " oh I'm a newb and now wanna take over you aged modders" I just need some veterans to help me get jumpstarted as my team into the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated... and depending on the outcome, I will hopefully even be able to pay for the help I get... thanx.
