Any ideas?

I just got halo for pc and everytime I make a server and someone trys to logg into it they either get "Waiting for new game..." or "retrying server" (Until it says "Unable to join server") Any ideas as to how i could change this?

1.Do you have firewall?
or
2.Are you getting your connection to your comp via Network or LAN?

1. Make sure your firewall isn't blocking Halo's port.

2. Edit: Shouldn't be your prob unless it has a built-in firewall make sure it isn't doing it

Make sure the computer the LAN is connected to the firewall is off. Or on your comp, the firewall is off.

r u using wireless internet? i got a friend that has wireless and people can't join his games.
