Modder needed!

Hey, I need a modder for my project. If there is going to be more than one modder, please tell the other modders so they know. This is what I need modded:

-High enough jump so that you can jump on bases
-Walk/Run on walls/ceilings (Tap left ctrl once to activate, tap left ctrl once more to deactivate - holding does not activate or deactivate)
-Ghost has banshee bomb (right click)
-Turbo for warthog/rocket warthog (hold shift)
-Shoot warthog/rocket warthog turrets while driving
-No modified weapons, except pistol has zoom 2x, 8x, 16x, and 32x
-More powerful melee attack (Add 20% more damage)
-Shade shoots rockets as an added secondary weapon (right click)
-Ghost has an adjustable riding height (space to rise, shift to lower)
-Banshee can strafe left and right (optional)
-Scorpion can front flip for dodging purposes, or fun! (press shift to flip - speed does not matter, you can do it while stopped)

I don't need anything with sparkedit, I can use IT. What I can't use are the stuff like HEK and HHT and HMT and stuff.

Another question, how do I put my map file in so you can save the changes to it? Do I need to put in a URL?

all of that can be done BUT the shortkeys to deactiveate and activate sh.it...

The shortcut keyes just won't work. The rest is possible.

Then forget the activate/deactivate thing and replace the brake button with the scorpion tank to make it do a flip? Instead of stopping, yo do a flip. Kinda like changing the action.

Well, actually, nevermind about this topic. Because I FINALLY got a working version of .net framework so now I CAN use HMT 3.5.

So just, forget I ever said any of this stuff.
