Double Kill, Triple Kill, Killtacular sounds
Does anyone know where I can download audio files of "double kill!", "triple kill!", "killing spree!", "killtacular", etc.? I've been searching for several hours now and can't seem to find them online or on any P2P network. If you know where I can find them, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I've never used HMT and I don't even know if it's available for the Mac OS. I need the audio for a video I am editing and I just figured since you guys know so much about the inner working of Halo that you might be able to direct me to a source. I guess what I'm saying is - I'm an idiot, please help.

Thanks for the help guys. But I can't believe that nobody has ever extracted those audio parts before. I would hate to have to learn a new program (yes... i am dumb) for the sole purpose of extracting 5 lines of dialogue. So if anyone knows of a place to download those lines, please let me know. Thanks again.
If I wasn't banned from the files forum, I would extract the sounds and send them to you there, but since I am, and you can't upload files on this forum, I can't.m3r0v1ng1an wrote:Thanks for the help guys. I have no idea what an .elp file is. I don't think it's an audio compression format. You can send them to me if you like: lnwatts@crankfarm.com
I'll see if there's some way to decode them. Does anyone know what's going on with these elp files.
lmao... boy I really fun dumb now.
Well, I'm still at a loss at to why the actual sound files (in whatever format) can't be extracted. Obviously I have no idea what an "id ooc" is.
Boy... This is getting frustrating.
ok i just got it into a .wav format by just taking the chunk thing. but it wont play.
EDIT: I mean .ogg

it's an xbox audio codec... gosh, the tutorial here was really lame on that one, at least the one I found. But i've not been able to "implement" new sounds or songs into halo, but, I have been able to play them, with a XBOX AUDIO CODEC. If you have windows xp, just download somewhere the codec, right click on the files that come in the .zip or something. Find out which one has the option for "install", then once that is done, simply go to the "device manager", and go to the sounds or something list, and find the xbox audi codec, and mark it number 1. or something.
Ok, that's a run down of it. The rest, well, your on your own.
Cheers mate
