Could someone please put the flamethrower in the levels in single player that have it listed in HMT? I tried to replace the shotgun with it once, but I got an exception error. Could someone do this or tell me how to do it myself?

replacing the shotgun with it should work, if not, load a back up map of that level, and try it again.
