for blastacular map pack when your off xbox live(i dont got it) i go search but i find the bungie has them free but all i find is people talking about xbox 360 but not xbox and that you need live and credit card number
::edit:: my friend just got it off a website yesterday or 2 days ago for free w/o live

You will need to get them from Xbox Live. It is illegal to download them with other methods.
