Explain what you mean by "top down picture." Do you just want a screenshot of a camera overlooking the map, or what? You'll need to explain more.

did u use spark edit to do that and you could mod it so mc can walk on walls and walk on the ceiling and take a screen shot

Actually, I didn't take the picture. I'm sure that must have been taken in Sparkedit, but that's the picture for Blood Gulch that Bungie.org has for their Multiplayer maps guide.
