I'm pretty sure that to post a picture, you have to first upload it on a site, then put the url of that site that you uploaded the picture to in your post.

Yup, no prob. Although I don't know if i'm right so try a test post first just to see that it works so your don't make an @ss of yourself by accident because you listened to me.

Well with videos if your want to show a vid from a website then all you have to do is have the url that the vid is on and put it in your post. If the video you want to show is on your pc then I have no idea. I don't know how to go about uploading a video on here.

You need to I guess have a website, or have a friend who has a website who is willing to help you. I had a website, but host was attacked and my web is gone. They will accept new registers soon, so i'll sign up. If you want, I could add your vid to my web and give you the link for it and post it here.
