a spartan can fall from very high places and only sprain and ankle or crack a bone and they can ignore the pain and walk on the ankle. That means if he is punched by him he could fly and hit a wall and that is less painful than a fall from a pelican (first strike). The biofoam too and his armor is so hard that a punch would break a fist.

If MC managed to grab him he would crush his neck before you can say Halo!

It would be a close fight though very very close!!!

Dude, no it wouldn't. Neo can move faster than bullets. Masterchief can't. Neo could rip off Masterchief's head in a spilt second. Masterchief wouldn't know what hit him.
