what OS are you using? most windows os's wont allow 2 of the same identical programs running at the same time, you might tho wanna try to adjust the command line
go to properties on halo and type this after the exe'' -window
make sure you put a space there between exe'' and -window that will have halo run in a windowed virsion, that might allow for you to run another at the same time, but an easier way to do it is to download another copy of halo on a seperate harddrive then just running both ^_^
