Why don't you just learn how to mod? Hardly anyone takes requests, and most of the time when someone does, they totally forget about it. Learning how to mod Halo is actually pretty easy.

No it isn't.
If there were (was?) a place, it would be the modding discussion area. If you had specified which version of halo you wanted to suggest an idea for, I would have moved it.

the best bet though is talking to a person via MSN, but even then it is unlikley...Only because people want to put their own ideas into halo rather than other people's suggestions.
