I don't know but I can tell you how to find out. Using Sparkedit, move your view into the base so you can see the floor. Under the menu where you choose what objects to select(IE. Vehicles, weapons etc) choose BSP mesh info. Click on the floor of the base. You won't see it selected but it is. Now click on the View object info Button. It will tell you the shaders here.
