how to insert a .map file into xbox

i'm sorry to be an annoying n00b, but after clicking the link, it says "the page cannot be displayed." It would be much appreciated if someone could either give instructions, enable a download tutorial, or tell me where I can get either of those. thanx!

heres an idea, why dont you put a "?" at the end of your thread name so xbox modders dont think you have the answers to their prayers
