How do I change the force of a weapon?

I can't figure out how to change the force a weapon, can anyone explain how I can or which program can do it?
and how can i edit how accurte the shots are and what about warthog speed?

just use "HMT 3.5"

Then use HMTv3, or weapon editor or I think it can be done in HMTv2. Just go to damage, select which damage you want to add force to, and change the force.
