Adding water to maps?

Can you add water to maps that don't have water in them?

edit: Also, what about usable ladders?

Instead of ladders, why not just turn Spyderman phisycs on, I always love to do that.

Ladders, and I think water, is all part of the BSP, therefor you cannot add them to maps. Although you can create scenery and give it the water shader to make it look like water. Ladders I don't think is possible without map rebuilding, which is not possible for xbox maps yet.
