Well... the person who would do this would need to convert the maps to xbox, manually work out the bugs, convert each of the tags by hand, and some very very tedious stuff. Oh and if CMT says no, then the answer is no.

A CMT map was converted at one point...It worked up until the first check point. That was as far as it got. The problem could not be found after that. So... you are looking at a .0001% chance of ever finding their maps on the xbox without them doing it themselves using their own tools/ways.
Last I heard, they planned on releasing them on the xbox at one point. I think they were even creating a tool to convert them. But that was I don't even know how long ago, so you are more than likely trying to revive a dead subject.
