Campaign Mods?

has anyone made any campaign mods like more usable vehicles (wraiths, phantoms, pelicans) weapons (fuel rod gun, energy sword) or ai like smarter marines?

campaign mods have been made for sure.
you mod the campaign levels just as you would a multiplayer level.
there are tutorials on this site and other halo sites.

try halo-mods.com, mayb halo-scene.com
just look around - try links on ppls websites that kind of stuff, pretty easy to find.
