halo 1 map patching.

So i have been working on this all night and i want to add some re skinned maps to my hard drive. I have the maps on my hard drive and ive tried to patch ppfs to them and it just says i get a dirty disk. Please help! Ive used ppf o matic to patch them also.

Did you resign them afterward?

i dont think halo 1 xbox maps need resigning.

I'm sure you already tried this but uncompress the maps. Patch them. Then compress them again. The game can't load the maps if they aren't compressed.

And yes, halo1 maps do NOT need to be resigned.
