PPF and Halo Map Editing Tools Q's. PLEASE HELP!!!

Im kinda new and had a few Q's. When I try to start halo map editor, it says could not initailize .net framework mscorwks.dll even though I have installed on my computer. Then with ppf files, I use PPF O Matic and patch the actual Halo map file with the PPF. I don't patch the cache file, hopefully thats not the problem. But then when I start halo of the hardrive and try to play the map I just patched. It says my disk is dirty or damaged. anybody got any tips or help for those Q's.
