My Friend just modded my box, but now what do I do??????

I just paid a friend to mod my xbox, but now I don't know what to do with it. Is there something that is suppose to happen when I start the xbox up?? Or do I need a disc to use the actual mod, and actually run my xbox???

Wow, this is possibly the vaguest post I have ever read. I don't know what you mean by using the actual mod and running your XBOX. You have turned it on since it was modded correct? Unless your friend screwed you over it should work when you turn it on. Some more information might be useful, like what type of mod chip do you have, what BIOs are you using, and what dashboard do you have? Don't bother posting any of this information now though, just go to
xbox-scene, it'll have everything you could possibly want to know. Just read all of the tuts and search around in the forums there if you have any other questions.
