Some general Halo XBox modding questions.

Hi, I am going to release a new Halo PAL mod soon, but I have a few questions, and I am wondering if you could help me:
1) How can I add a sky texture to a level that doesn't have one in the first place (example: the void)
2) How can I make a map super dark, so your only way to navigate is your torch?
3) How can I inject sheets of destructable glass?
4) Is there any way to get the full Fuel Rod gun in from the PC version, including the model?
5) Is there a way to get the flamethrower so it shoots straight like in the PC version and so Chief holds it properly, rather than aiming it way too up in third person or acting like a retard when holding it?
6) Just of curiosity, does anyone think it'll EVER be possible to insert a BSP other than d40_space?
