Halo ui MOD! ANY help appr.

no im not a n00b and i have been reading these things for quite a long ass time lol.
anyways i am tryibg to do a ui mod for halo xbox ntsc.(please keep in mind im subdued to my laptop rightnow and can't get hmt3.5 to decompress ui.map [which means cache002.map])
These are the things that i am trying tro accomplish:
1. Based on this image:
(In case the image wont show.) (which i want to use as the backround)
2. Shrink the size of the scenery/halo/halo model and make it rotate around the fusion in center(mainly just make it where u can only see the side of scenery/halo/halo and make it spin too)[i believe you can do this byy changing the yaw,roll,pitch]
3. Plus for the main screen (campaign,multiplayer,settings) im going to have it black with a white glow for selected and white with a black glow for non-selected.
3. Invert the bmp of the multiplayer and singleplayer map screenshots.
4. Make the backdrop of the ui selection screens White border and a silver with crystal lightning as the main color (hint: behind the map/gametype/cs name and information)
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! thanks. email or pm plz! if u would like to throw in your hand. plz post of how u think and screens of the ui screens soon to come once i get my pc back from my bro.
P.S. i believe that the scenery/halo/halo model will be the real hurdle to jump! thnx in advance
